Talking about how Jimmy Kimmel wasn’t able to recognize the actor in the movie, and thus, ensued a hilarious tale of Kimmel waiting for Cruise throughout the whole movie but what he didn’t know was that the actor was already in the movie as Les Grossman.

With the usage of prosthetics and makeup, the actor was almost unrecognizable in his look as Les Grossman. Alongside the audience, notable talk show host Jimmy Kimmel was also confused when he didn’t understand that Cruise was Les Grossman until after the movie when someone told him! In an interview onJimmy Kimmel Live!,a questionnaire of Would You Rather was asked. While asking some questions, the talk of Les Grossman came into discussion and Kimmel couldn’t control his laughter.
“Would you ride a shark like a cowboy?”asked Kimmel. TheTop Gunactor answered.“You know, I went diving with the whales, blue whales, a shark…it would depend. Great white? I don’t think they’d like that”.

As the interview went further on, Jimmy Kimmel asked Cruise,“Would you gain 100 pounds for a role?”andTom Cruisewas quick to reply“Les Grossman”.Jimmy Kimmel further continued his tale,
“I know I’ve told you this story before, but at the end of that movie I said to my…I said ‘I thought Tom Cruise was in this movie’ she’s like ‘You idiot. He was Les Grossman the whole time!'”

While portraying such an iconic character, his co-star from the 2008 movie, Robert Downey Jr. is ready to star in a sequel to the classic movie but only if Tom Cruise would return as Les Grossman too!
