In a recent interview with the developer behind Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty, Team Ninja has revealed the main story will take around 40 hours to complete.
Wo Long Fallen Dynasty Expected to Take 40 Hours to Complete Main Story
In a recent interview between Nioh developer Team Ninja and Xbox Dynasty, the main story length has been revealed. Director of Wo Long Fallen Dynasty Masakazu Hirayama has shared that players can expect to take roughly 40 hours to finish the main story. This doesn’t include other side content such as quests or challenges. The director also explained that the game will be “fun and enjoyable” when it comes “different challenges that are presented in the game” when talking about the more casual gaming experience.
Use Challenges to Learn Enemy Moves
As with all Action-RPG games, there is a learning curve when getting used to enemy attacks and movesets. Hirayama explains players can use “use these challenges to learn enemy attack patterns, parries and blocks, and the game in general”. But you don’t have to go it alone as NPC characters will be recruitable and you can also play alongsidefriends in co-op.
In case you missed it, Wo Long is the next action combat game to be released by Team Ninja recently announced to belaunching on March 3rd 2023. The game is set in the Three Kingdoms. A fantasy title with soulslikecombat, with a scope that seems to be on quite a large scale compared to Nioh. The game just like Nioh sets to have plenty of mythical and dark fantasy elements, with some brutal sword slashing.
