How to complete the Wrack and Ruin quest inDiablo 4
You can unlock theWrack and Ruinquest inDiablo 4by finishing theTainted Fleshquest and speaking withTimue. Your next task is to find the temple, which is located near the town ofYngovani. Once inside the town, you will find thetempleto the east. Once you have arrived, you will be tasked with finding the serpent statue’s, guarding the temple’s entrance,left and right eyes. While finding the Left Eye is frustrating, the quest will mark the location on your map with a gold circle. This will at least give you a general area of where to look for both eyes.

To find the right eye in Diablo 4, head to the temple’s east to theDestroyed Serpent Shrinearea.
Where to find the serpent’s left eye inDiablo 4
Once there, you must loot theHalf-Devoured Cultistsitting on the steps of the Destroyed Serpent Shrine to find theSerpent’s Right Eye.
To find the left eye inDiablo 4, you must talk to the Dying Bandit at theThieves’ Encampment, north of the Snake shrine.
After his brief conversation, he will die and drop theSerpent’s Left Eye.

After collecting both eyes, you need toreturn them to the templeat the location shown on the map above.
Once there, you will be prompted toinsert the Right and Lift Eyein their respective sockets.
