The Glimmering Scale isn’t a material that you’ll find in abundance around Miraland, like you can with simple materials, such as Daisies and Foodie Bees. In fact, you won’t find it in the wild in any location. Instead, it’s a material that you need to earn.
How to Get the Glimmering Scale
If you’ve picked up theGolden Dew, then you’ll find that the method to getting the Glimmering Scale is rather similar. Instead of the Sovereign of Elegant Medal, you need theSovereign of Cool Medal. You can then exchange this medal for a Glimmering Scale by speaking to Dada at the Stylist’s Guild in Florawish.
The Sovereign of Cool Medal is earned by defeating the Sovereign of Cool in a Styling Challenge. Of course, this means you have tofirst defeat the Golden Daisies, Ebony Scissors, and Beyond the Basicsbefore you’re able to confront Aderinna, the Sovereign of Cool.
How to Defeat Aderinna
When you’re ready to face Aderinna, you’ll find her in a rather convenient location:Florawish’s Stylist’s Guild. From the guild’s door, jump down to the street below, and you’ll be near the meeting point for this challenge. Like most faction challenges, you won’t find Aderinna during the day. Instead, you need to challenge herbetween the hours of 22:00–4:00. If you arrive during the day, you canuse your Pear-Pal to change time, avoiding the need to wait for the in-game time to move naturally.
The theme of Aderinna’s challenge is Unstoppably Cool, and you need outfits with Cool, Fresh, and Playful as their type to earn points. A perfect win means that you’ll need toscore a minimum of 26,000 points. If you have theShark Mirage outfit, or Blossoming Starsfrom banner pulls, you should have an easy time passing this challenge, allowing you to take the medal and pick up the Glimmering Scale as your reward.
