How to make Poison Shiny Sandwich inPokémon ScarletandViolet
With no boosts, your base odds of encountering a shiny Pokémon is 1 in 4,096. However, if you eat a sandwich that gives the Sparkling Power Level 3 buff, these odds drop to just 1 in 1,024 for a specific type. If you own the Shiny Charm, which is earned by completing the Pokédex, you can lower these odds all the way down to 1 in 512.
There are several recipes that can be used to create a Poison Shiny Sandwich inPokémon ScarletandViolet. The best recipe to use is 3 Green Bell Peppers, 1 Tomato, 1 Onion, 1 Hamburger, and any 2 Herba Mystica. This will create a sandwich that provides not only Sparkling Power: Poison Level 3, but also Encounter Power: Poison Level 3 and Title Power: Poison Level 3 buffs for 30 minutes.
These three buffs combined give you the best chance to catch the ultimate Poison type. If you intend to shiny hunt for several hours, be sure to buy these ingredients in bulk to save time in the long run. Also, when placing the top bun, it doesn’t need to be placed on the sandwich. Simply dropping it to the side when prompted to place it still grants you all of the buffs.
Unfortunately, the Poison Shiny Sandwich can’t be made inPokémon ScarletandVioletuntil after the main story. This is because you may only obtain Herba Mystica from 5* and 6* Tera Raids. The other ingredients can be purchased from any Artisan Bakery, Deli Cioso, and Sure Cans store. Medali is a convenient place to buy these ingredients, as all three shops are directly next to one another.
Pokémon ScarletandPokémon Violetcan be purchased on the Nintendo Store.
