New Class Teased in Path of Exile 2’s April Update in
As you may see in the teaser, the update will bring a new class in the Huntress. The spear-wielding class looks to be a counterpart for the Ranger class, as the Huntress seems to be blending melee and ranged combat.
Players should expect new Ascendancies, skill gems, items, and more alongside the new class. Like every significant patch, we also expect a slew of balance changes to be part of the changelog.

Grinding Gear Games' teaser reveal today is just the start, as the studio has a showcase stream planned on March 27 at 12 pm PDT / 3p m EDT / 7 pm GMT / 8 pm CET, This stream won’t just focus on the new content incoming in patch 0.2.0, but the devs will even host a Q&A session with the community.
Thankfully, the devs also revealed that they are going to reveal the full patch notes before the client download is released, which is a stark contrast to how most developers handle major title updates. This means that players will not only know the nerfs, buffs and other adjustments being applied, but they’ll even be able to construct new classes based on the early information.'
Pencil the date:March 27 for the livestream, and April 4 for PoE2’s 0.2.0 patch download.
