Welcome to Eden Season 2 Isn’t Confirmed Yet

When writing this post, Netflix hasn’t officially confirmed season 2 ofWelcome to Eden. However, it’s only been two days since the show’s premiere on the streaming platform. So, we’ll have to wait a couple of months for the creators to make an announcement.

Generally, Netflix takes a show’s performance into account before renewing it for another season. While we can’t say how many viewers tuned in to watch Season 1 ofWelcome to Eden, the show isn’t sitting well onIMDB. The first season is currently sitting at a rating of 4.9/10, which isn’t a good rating. That said, there are several fans who enjoyed the show for its unique touch on a survival story.

The show’s first season ended on a cliffhanger, so it’s safe to assume that the writers plan to continue the series for at least one more season. We still have to find out if Zoa and the other new members can escape the island, especially now that Zoa’s sister, Gaby, has arrived on Eden.

However, the decision to renew the series is solely at the hands of Netflix, which might consider the first season’s performance before giving a green light on season 2.
