How to get the Shotgun Rail inSons of the Forest
To get the Shotgun Rail inSons of the Forest, you’re gonna have to explore quite a huge chunk of the island. We’ll summarize the steps, but you can take a look at the guides we’ve linked below:
Next, if you want to get theSons of the ForestShotgun Rail, you’ll have to go to another green marker. From the area where you found the Maintenance Keycard, go a bit further south (as seen in the right side image below). There are a couple of golf carts and a tunnel entrance. Enter it and climb down the ladder. Use the Maintenance Keycard to unlock the door to your right.

Watch out for the mutants here and continue past the greenhouse section. Eventually, you’ll have to wade through corridors that are partially filled with water. At the end, you’ll see a double doors that requires a keycard. But, to your left, there’s a vent that leads to an office. Check it out to pick up the VIP Keycard on the desk. Likewise, take a look at the nearby shelf to get the Shotgun Rail.

Moreover, this facility isn’t the only place where you’ll find a Shotgun Rail. There’s another location, which is also where you can pick up theKatana and Gold Mask. However, it’s on the opposite side of the island. That’s going to be a hellacious journey across the wilderness and mountains.
