To use the Dawn Stone, go into your inventory, click on the Dawn Stone item, and click “Use,” then select the female Snorunt in your party, which will automatically evolve into Froslass.
Sawn Stones can be found as random item pickups around the world map. If you see a Poke Ball in the overworld, run up to it and click A on it. There’s a chance you’ll find a Dawn Stone. You can also obtain them from the auction in Porto Marinada. There’s a chance they will be up for auction that day. Always check in frequently to see if they’re available.
