EA has released a new Deep Dive video forNHL 26, which is due to launch on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S on September 12. This video features both San Jose Sharks Macklin Celebrini and a professional snowboarder, Craig McMorris. Be A Pro is the single player career mode in the NHL series that got a massive overhaul a few years ago, but nothing really new since that happened. The mode will be receiving a much needed glow-up this year as you live out the most authentic hockey journey and can start in the World Juniors. You can check out the video below.
That Frozen Pond Front Porch View
This mode has started on that same frozen pond view from the front porch for a few years. While the trailer does show that same view, the mode will feature new cut scenes and cinematics as a major focus has been on updating the presentation in the mode. A new media scrum will dictate the direction of the player based on responses. All of this will power the new chapter-based story that begins in the semi-final of the World Juniors Cup.
You will create your player and dictate the nationality for the tournament. How well you fair in the tournament will then dictate your NHL Draft position. The game will showcase the draft and put you in your first NHL game. The emotion of the professional hockey experience will be showcased with both highs and lows. This ranges from working towards the top line of your team down to being demoted to the AHL.

Be A Pro will hopefully get put back into gear inNHL 26. The game will feature this, Franchise Mode, HUT, World of Chel and more. Be A Pro has been a staple in the series for many years that gets occasional changes, but generally the changes are major overhauls. NHL 26 can be pre-ordered now in two different editions and the details are below. You can read the full Deep Divehere.
