How to Know if Kafka is Lying or Telling the Truth
If you choose to tell Kafka the truth when she asks you if you like her,she’ll first answer you honestly and lie later. If you lie to her first, she’ll also lie to you at her first question. That was the case for me and some other playthroughs I’ve seen, so there’s little to no reason not to believe this is how the Truth and Lies game works.
The “one-plus-one” question can always confirm the veracity of her statements if you’re still in doubt. Most claims can also beconfirmed through various info crumbswe got around the game. Blade and Dan Heng’s relationship might be the best example. Blade remembering the Trailblazer can also be taken as proof that Kafka mentored them at a point but wiped their memory later.
All Truth and Lies Answers in Kafka’s Companion Mission
The whole Kafka mission’s all about choices. If you don’t abruptly end it early, you may get tons of interesting dialogue choices from her when you meet her at theDivination Commission. Once you defeat your first batch of enemies, she proposes to play a Truth and Lies game. Both players ask each other two questions, and the answers must be one truth and one lie.
