This page shows details about your Chromebook like the ChromeOS version, hardware details along with the model number.

For example, I searchedHP Chromebook Intel Celeron N4020 CPU. That shows the product results from e-commerce sites like Amazon, HP site, etc. You can add details like screen size and RAM to narrow down your search if needed.
