Bloodfiends Arm
This may be considered the Colossal weapon meta for Shadow of the Erdtree. It can be picked up quite early on, and it can be tweaked to deliver morebloodloss buildup than any other weapon in the game. Over 220 bloodless buildup is achievable with some leveling up. This results in massive damage to even the biggest enemies.
It can be picked up byfarming Bloodfiends in Prospect Town, which is just to the south of Cliffroad Terminus.

Ancient Meteoric Ore Greatsword
This Colossal sword is consideredone of the best for Strength and Arcane playersin Shadow of The Erdtree. The charged attack blasts forward in a stabbing attack, exploding at the end, stunning and knocking back. It can be devastating to almost all enemies.
To get this, you will need to gosouthwest of the Moorth Ruins to the Ruined Forge of Starfall Past. In this dungeon, proceed through the dungeon as normal, activating the first switch. However, when you get to the second switch, run back to the main room as soon as you pull it to jump onto a rising platform just in the doorway. From here, you can approach the forge and pick up this amazing OP weapon in Shadow of The Erdtree.

Rabbath’s Cannon
If any of you ever remember playing Serious Sam back in the day, you may think back fondly to the cannon weapon. Well, now in Shadow of The Erdtree, it returns asone of the best OP ranged weapons in the game. It is also amazingly easy to pick up without any dungeons, boss fights, or mazes. We have a full guide on how toget to it here.
In brief, head toChurch District Highroad Site of Grace, and from here, make your way to the church on the hill. Inside the church, head to thetopmost room. Hit the farillusory wallwith a weapon to reveal a blocked Spiritspring. Again, hit this to free up the Spiritspiring outside the church. you may now use this to get to the top of the church and open the chest containing the Rabbath’s Cannon weapon.

What makes this ranged weapon so OP is its homing shots. They do huge damage and have insane velocity as well as locking on. This makes ranged warfare much easier. It is also possible to get your hands on a specific ammunition type for the cannon that explodes on contact, doing even more damage.

Rellanas Twin Blades
She’s going to kick your ass around the room like a football before she lets you get your sticky, maidenless fingers on her beloved twin blades. You’ll be happy to know that the struggle of beating her is well worth the fight, though, as it turns out to be one of the best weapons in the Shadow of The Erdtree DLC.Beat Rellanato get your hands on this weapon.
What makes these so good is their special attack, which combines the forces of fire and ice into one devastating move, akin to Melania Rivers of Blood. It is an incredibly fast weapon with some serious damage output. If you’re a fan of dashing in, ripping an enemy to shreds, and dipping out, this is a great choice.

Dragon Hunter Great Katana
South of the Pillar Path Site of Grace, you will find the Dragons Pit. Enter into this dungeon and drop down the huge hole. Trust me, you won’t die. Here you have a boss fight with Ancient Dragon-Man. I swear, the naming of the NPCs in Shadow of The Erdtree is so stupid, but I digress.Killing him will award you the best weapon for killing dragons in Shadow of The Erdtree.
What makes this Katana so special is its charged attack and jump attack, whichdeal enormous damage to, you guessed it, Dragons. If you’re looking to defeat Bale the Dread, this is an essential weapon to have. It does some pretty decent damage to regular enemies, too, with an impressive blood loss buildup.

Milady is actually obtainable really early on in Shadow of The Erdtree and could potentially carry you through the rest of the DLC as your best weapon. However, it is considered a Light Greatsword, which surely just makes it, well, a sword. However, due to this blend, it has the speed and combos of a sword but the reach of a greatsword, creating something quite powerful. It can be combined withWing Stancelater to really become a high-speed, dash-and-slash weapon.
The sword is found early on in Castle Ensis. Check outour full guideon how to get there and pick up this OP weapon in the Shadow of The Erdtree DLC.
Smithscript Greathammer
So, you like to Bonk in Elden Ring? What if I told you there was also a way to throw your bonk stick and essentially ranged bonk? That’s right, with this OP weapon in Shadow of The Erdtree, you can actually throw this Great Hammer like Thor’s own. It has high damage combined with a thrown attack and a powerful dash making it a unique and fun weapon to use.
To grab it, head north fromMoorth Ruinsthrough the lake and into the cave at the end. Continue north until you reach an open area called Rauh Base. From here, head North towards the huge standing bridge supports. Stick to the wall on your right until you find some ruins. Here, you should find the entrance to Taylews Ruined Forge.
Make your way through this dungeon until you find the huge hanging structure that looks like a cannon barrel. Jump over this to the ledge on the opposite side, and here you will find the Smithscript Greathammer on a body to your left.
Sword of Darkness/Light
you may only have one of these weapons during a playthrough, as you need to transform an item to acquire it. Both have a huge 360-degree special attack that either covers the area in light or darkness, dealing huge damage to everything around it. The weapon alsohas a fantastic riposte attack.
To get your hands on it you must pick up theStone-Sheathed Sword from one of the three altars around the map. Once you have it, you musttake it to one of the other two altars to transform itinto either the sword of light or darkness. These altars can be visited in any order.
Rakshasa’s Great Katana
This Great Katana is one of the best Shadow of The Erdtree weapons due to itsmassive, sweeping attacks. The range is huge, and it leaves almost no chance of being interrupted or staggered. However, it also is a move that will leave you very vulnerable.
The wide-sweeping attack is great for cutting down crowds of enemies, scything through them all. It may feel a bit slow compared to other weapons, but the stagger and interruption are fantastic. If you have a high damage output, you can essentially mow your way through enemies.
This weapon can be picked up in theEastern Mausoleum, which we have a guide on how to reachright here. It is just to the east of the Recluses River Downstream Site of Grace.
Spear of the Impaler
Messmer the Impaler is a nightmare of a boss to fight with his long reach and a seemingly endless flurry of combos. There is no doubt that he is one of the more annoying bosses in the Elden Ring DLC. However, defeating him and using his Remembrance results in one of the best weapons in Shadow of The Erdtree.
What really sets this weapon apart, besidesits huge range and damage, isthe Ash of War. When activated,it will perform a devastating and beautiful flurry of attacks. These attacks are laced with flame and end in a huge area of effect slam that shoots spikes into the air.
Repeating Crossbow
Sure, you’re able to’t have a gun in Elden Ring, but you can have the repeating crossbow, which is basically the same thing. This OP weapon in Shadow of The Erdtreecan be put in the ready stance and then fire a flurry of arrows at a target. It is basically a medieval submachine gun. However, it eats through ammo like no other weapon in the game, so use sparingly.
You can pick this weapon up early in the game if you’re good enough. Simplyvisit the Western Mausoleumand defeat the boss there.
